Christmas Gifts for Sports Fans

They have the jersey. Give them something for the match. The Local makes live-sport drinking card games for adult Aussie Rules, Rugby League and cricket fans. Choose the edition that matches what your dad, boyfriend or mate actually watches.

Choose their sport

Every box contains 100 game cards and a rules card for 2–6 adults aged 18+. The group plays alongside the match, scoring when events on their cards happen. Alcohol is optional. See how to play and choose the right edition.

Christmas presents for dads, boyfriends and mates

The strongest fit is the person who gets everyone together to watch. You do not need to pick a team or clothing size; you do need to pick the right sport. For a recipient who would rather read, play sport or attend a match than host one on TV, consider a book, equipment voucher or tickets instead.

Secret Santa or Kris Kringle?

A gift exchange has two extra checks: the spending limit and the setting. Include delivery when comparing the total with your budget, and do not assume a drinking game is suitable for every workplace. Read our Kris Kringle and Secret Santa gift guide before choosing.

Check delivery before ordering

Prices, availability and delivery options are shown on the product pages and at checkout. Christmas delivery depends on the order date and destination. Check current information rather than relying on a date in an old gift guide.
