Shipping Policy
Where We Ship We currently ship Australia-wide.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Times We ship via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 5–10 business days
These are estimates only and may vary during peak periods (including AFL Finals season — we get it, everyone wants one at the same time).
Shipping Costs Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order directly at auspost.com.au.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at dan@thelocalgame.com with your order number and we'll follow it up with Australia Post on your behalf.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
