We want you to love The Local. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
14-Day Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
How to Request a Return Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened and used.
